Initiate Your Request
Log into your WeCreat account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer's box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were originally shipped with the product.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
